Sarah and Kris’s wedding at Wheatfield Estate was a celebration that truly embraced the natural beauty and elegance of our venue. Their day began in our thoughtfully designed spaces: Sarah and her bridal party enjoyed a serene morning in The Planning Studio, a charming retreat perfect for preparation and a touch of calm before the festivities, while Kris and his groomsmen relaxed in The Hideaway, surrounded by tranquil farm fields.
The ceremony took place in our iconic Enchanted Forest, where Sarah and Kris exchanged vows beneath the stunning wood-beam arbour, framed by the grandeur of 80-foot pines and the vibrant greenery of our gardens. With its natural aisle and dappled sunlight filtering through the trees, this space offered a setting straight out of a fairytale, making it the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt vows.
Following the ceremony, guests gathered in The Woodlands for a relaxed cocktail hour. This open, tree-lined clearing provided an intimate space for mingling, enhanced by the charm of mature spruce and pine trees that complemented the rustic elegance of the day.
As the sun set, the celebration moved to The Meadow, where our clear-top tent created an unforgettable reception space. The tent, set on an ash wood floor, allowed the glow of the setting sun and the evening stars to shine through, illuminating the beautifully styled tables adorned with lush greenery and romantic floral arrangements. Guests dined and danced under the romantic glow of string lights, surrounded by the estate’s breathtaking views of gardens and open farmland.
Sarah and Kris’s wedding was truly a testament to the versatility and magic of Wheatfield Estate. Each space worked seamlessly to create a day filled with joy, love, and timeless memories. Every detail was beautifully documented, preserving the enchanting atmosphere that made their wedding unforgettable.
