Hourly Rental - $50 + HST per hour
Only need our property for a short time? Looking to visit multiple locations with our property as one of many stops? No problem! We offer an hourly rate for your convenience.
Half Day Rental - $150 + HST
Half day rentals are perfect for mini sessions or back to back shoots. Half day rentals are available for a maximum of 4 hours and is available any time of day.
Full Day Rental - $350 + HST
Enjoy an entire day on our property, with back to back sessions. Full day rentals are available for a maximum of 8 hours and includes use our Planning Studio to work from between shoots.

Scouting locations for photography can be exhausting and often comes with many limitations. Our sprawling spruce and pine trees, set upon 5 acres of beautiful landscapes and gardens, will offer a stunning backdrop to your photo shoot. Enjoy the many photo spots on our property surrounded by nature, tranquility, and fresh air!

We are pleased to offer our property for professional photoshoots, styled shoots, and styled mini sessions. We understand that the length of a shoot can differ depending on the style and client. For that reason, we offer easy pricing options:

Due to the unpredictability of weather, we do not accept any payment until the morning of the shoot. In an effort to avoid unnecessary admin work, we like to wait until the date to ensure the session is happening. Exception only for Christmas mini bookings.
As stated above, we do our best to avoid unnecessary admin work for ourselves, especially during a busy wedding season. We understand that life happens and if you need to cancel, simply let us know and reach back out when you can make it. Because no payment is accepted in advance, there is no concern about reimbursements. Exceptions apply for Christmas mini bookings.
From time to time, there might be more than one or overlapping photographers onsite. However, this will be communicated with you and we will do our best to ensure you feel the space is exclusively yours. We have 5.5 acres to share!

We will deck out 2 of our Cabins with as much Christmas joy as we can fit!
Photographers can expect exclusive use of both set - all decorated by us!
Of course, you are welcome to customize your own outdoor sets and bring props that suit your personal brand and style!
DECOR
PRICING
$100 PER HOUR + HST
Minimum 3 hour booking required for weekends.
Hourly available for weekdays
- Complete the form with your preferred dates + times
- Bookings can only be made by photographers - no individual bookings
- Once confirmed, payment must be made in full to hello@wheatfieldestate.com
- Date changes or cancellations are not accepted due to limited availability
- Decor setup installations are part of the cabin and cannot be removed
- The sets must be returned to their original state before your end time
- Indoor shoes/socks only are required in each studio
