As part of our full-service venue experience, this add-on coordination package is designed to guide Wheatfield Estate couples through the planning process from start to finish. From vendor recommendations to scheduling and logistics, our in-house team helps keep your celebration on track and stress-free.

full-service COORDINATION

This in-house coordination service is optional and based on a percentage of your overall venue booking and event budget.

For couples hosting their celebration at Wheatfield Estate who prefer to handle most of their planning themselves but want expert help leading up to and on the big day. We’ll work with you in the final months to confirm details and execute your vision seamlessly.

We can provide linens, table runners, and napkins  in a wide variety of colour, texture, and size - we will work with you to coordinate based on your style. Pricing range dependent on the above factors. For special delivery rates orders must be put under Wheatfield Estate.

Sarah and her team are passionate about what they do! Their team puts so much passion and attention to detail in crafting the perfect cocktails, curating the best bar menu and ensuring all aspects of their role in your wedding are running seamlessly. Often overlooked in the budget but a good bartending team isn't something you should gamble on, and for that reason, we only recommend Lemon & Lace.
